I’m also a wife and mother to three adult children who are each wonderfully unique. My parenting journey began when I was fresh out of my teenage years, relying heavily on what I’d learned from my mother and those around me. Over time, I discovered more about myself and my children, realizing how different they are from me and each other.
As a product of a broken family, I longed for a beautiful life with a faithful husband and well-mannered children who would follow my lead. This seemed manageable when my kids were young, but as they grew into their teenage years, challenges arose. Two of my children faced mental health struggles—one with clinical depression, the other with social anxiety depression—which brought immense pain and confusion. In this darkness, I cried out to God for answers, knowing my faith had always guided me.
Then, I stumbled upon life coaching. Initially, I attended a session to appease my husband, but little did I know that this would be a pivotal step toward understanding and helping my children on their path to recovery.
Today, I am a professional life coach with Life Coach Philippines – International, serving as the Team Lead for Eastern Visayas. I help parents become God’s partners in nurturing their children, guiding them to create safe spaces where their kids can thrive. Mental health begins and can end at home, and learning to parent effectively in the 21st century is crucial to raising strong individuals.
I’m growing as a person and walking alongside my children on their journey to healing and recovery. My mission is to empower parents to navigate the challenges of parenting and become the best versions of themselves for their families.
